While his background consists mostly of camerawork and editing, Skyler Brown has filled roles from Executive Producer to Talent Wrangler on various projects over the span of his career in television, film, sports, news, and as an educator. Since 2019 he has been realizing gratification and fulfillment as TV Specialist at San Quentin Rehabilitation Center. As TV Specialist, he manages the incarcerated production crews producing content within San Quentin’s walls. He is immensely proud of his current staff, as well as the formerly incarcerated people who once worked for him and have found great success in the industry as rehabilitated citizens contributing meaningful works of art and film to society. Aside from his work at San Quentin, some of his favorite gigs have been filming the Sacramento Kings games and New York Fashion Week.
